CharterNet Advisers merges with Rothsay Chartered Accountants

Sydney, 20th September 2022: CharterNet Advisers, an InCorp Group company, is pleased to announce its merger with Rothsay Chartered Accountants, a chartered accounting and audit firm with offices in Sydney and Perth, Australia.

This transaction aims to consolidate the combined firm’s position of becoming the leading boutique advisory practice to emerging and growth stage businesses in Australia.

Through the combined practice of 120+ professional staff, clients will be able to access finance function, tax compliance and advisory, government incentives, corporate secretarial and audit services, elevating both firms to becoming truly multi-disciplinary.

Both firms will continue to operate under their existing branding for the interim period as part of InCorp Group, with a view to consolidation in due course.
